What are the requirements to rent?
Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license, a major credit card in their name, and proof of full-coverage insurance. Exotic vehicles may carry additional requirements.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Comprehensive coverage is included with every rental. If you’d like additional protection or have specific coverage needs, our concierge team can walk you through the options.
Do you deliver the vehicle?
We offer complimentary delivery and pickup throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Peninsula, Oakland, and San Jose. Just let us know the address when you book.
How does booking work?
Choose your vehicle, select your pickup and return dates, and submit a request. You’ll receive a reference number instantly, and our team will confirm availability and finalize details — usually within a couple of hours.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is held on your credit card for the duration of the rental. The amount varies by vehicle and is fully refunded after the car is returned in its original condition.
What is your mileage policy?
Most rentals include a generous daily mileage allowance. Additional miles are available at a per-mile rate, which our team will confirm at booking based on your itinerary.
Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely, subject to availability. Contact our concierge as early as possible and we’ll do our best to keep you in the driver’s seat.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Plans change — we get it. Reach out and we’ll work with you on rescheduling or cancellation according to our flexible policy.
